    I usually post pretentious stuff like this in my blog but there's likely more tablet users here me thinks.
    After complaining that my tablet doesn't work(I had to tape down the cable etc.)I was bought a new one(must remember to complain more often).
    Brief review then: well for a start it's MUCH better than the old horrible plastic Graphire, the new wacom range is called 'Bamboo'(kind of dumb sounding but anyway)and the main new features are the zoom disc-like control and extra function buttons at the top.
    Both are quite unnecessary and don't really add much. The main feature i'm impressed with is what's called "paper-feel". The drawing surface feels slightly textured and seems to give a slight resistance to the nib of the pen(that's more comfortable to handle now)which in turn gives a natural feeling of drawing on canvas/paper.
    Also the cable is much thicker now and detachable(it's the same a the lead that connects to PS3 controllers)so no more malfunctioning cable which has been the bane of my last two wacom's.
    Anyway I think it's worth having if/when you replace or buy a new tablet. My model is MTE-450 and is in the middle price range of the three.

    Other news, i've not actually been drawing much lately, if you own a PS3 you know why, in April we had GTA:4 and last week MGS:4 was released. But the urge to be productive is still there so fear not!

    if you constantly fix your attention upon dire events that might happen, you will constantly feel insecure ...

    here's a little message to all those ignorant artists, and people that don't like me or the way i do things here at dA! i'll let you figure it out ...

    well i say happy but more so i want to say good luck or do well!
    Do you have an ambition or something you want to acheive this year? It doesn't have to be anything big or blown out of proportion, but just something you feel you should do or get done ...
    i'd like to here about it, so please do vote in my rather generic poll!
    Me? what do wish to achieve? well many many things ... but mainly improve in my art(boring i know)use some different techniques and try to adapt some decent stories into comic form, try new(maybe risky) things that people won't expect, including myself :^D

    Right now i have just over a hundred watchers which i consider my small circle of friends, offering constructive and encouraging words and inspiring each other on, that's how it should be and how i want to keep it!

    Those that asked why the change, well i've always wanted to change that username, i only made up some nonsense name because someone else had choosen kit!
    Also i feel i've moved on a bit from my older images and wanted to separate myself from them a little~

    (it's earth-shatteringly important obviously)
