We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. never a game had been so immersive before, all hail MGS1!
what makes this game so great is how you're involved as a player and as a person. how awesome is it, when you have to actually CALL a character in the game so she can SAVE your data! brilliant!

Who you gonna do next *w*?
in this game there's so many scenes I would like to depict.
For the first time I'm carefully choosing what, which and how to draw them. Tricky but so fun !
I'm concentrating on the first game for the time being,
I thought it's best to go in order and try represent my favourite scenes. I'm playing through the game again as a refresher too, it's difficult though because I want to draw for all of the series at once !

so glad the next installments of the saga had english voices, snake is probably the most bad ass and fascinating character in the history of video gaming! i cant think of any other game having such character development... (except for RPG) most "action" games are about blowing stuff, and when they try to have substance it either fail or dont play in the same court. oh well lookin at my PS2 games, maybe there is one. silent hill 2 (and 3) really had deep characters, shocked me how realisitic and disturbing the people in that game are. if u played SH2 (and im sure u have), remember the scene where u find maria behind bars, sitting in a small cell, she starts talking to u as if she was your dead wife, sharing memories. and then the look in her eyes changes and she ends the talk by "im not your mary" BANG! funny its still a konami game!
i'd go nuts for a ps3 remake of MGS1 with the english voices and MGS4's graphic quality (sniper wolf in HD... yummy lol) and possibly some bonus material here and there you know, man it'd be brutally awesome!
